Dale Farrand (AeroEngr ’93)

After graduating from CU on an ROTC scholarship, Dale Farrand started a career in the United States Army that allowed him to lead Soldiers all over the world.  He has been a missile maintenance officer, developed the Army’s logistics enterprise information technology system, served as a management consultant, and finished his time as the Director of Customer Operations for the Department of Defense’s (DoD) $35 billion-dollar annual business unit, the Defense Logistics Agency.  After retiring from the Army, Dale served as an executive in the Defense and Aerospace Industry and now runs the DoD’s Radio Frequency In-Transit Visibility program.  He holds graduate degrees from the Army Command & General Staff College and the National Defense University.  Dale and his wife Kristen - a fellow Forever Buff - have three daughters, two currently attending CU.
