A&S Undergraduate Graduation Roster and Graduation Certification

  • Maintain graduation calendar
  • Establish and update the graduation roster
  • Administer graduation certification in the Graduation Portal
  • Graduation Portal OIT liaison
  • Audit concurrent degree verification
  • Submit confirmed graduation roster to Office of the Registrar
  • Compile list of graduating With Distinction recipients
  • Coordinate honors medallion distribution
  • Update graduation forms, links, and FAQs
  • Academic Advisor graduation training facilitator
  • Develop Academic Advisor training material

  • Retroactive Graduation Memos
  • Rescind Degree Memos
  • Per University Error (PUE) notification & documentation
  • Post-degree Additional Major Memos
  • Letters of Completion
  • Letters of Intent to Graduate
  • Off and Half-Off letters
