International Education Week (IEW) is a joint initiative organized by the U.S. Departments of State and Education. 聽It serves as 鈥渁n opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide鈥� [and promotes] programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn, and exchange experiences.鈥� 聽See the State Department鈥檚 website for more information.

This week, International Education Week is November 12-16, 2018!聽Keep an eye out for an increased international focus across campus during the week, from the UMC to the Engineering Center to the Residence Halls and Bear Creek.
