My name is Declan and I am a second-year student here at CU, however I plan on graduating next year. I am double majoring in Economics and Political Science. I am really looking forward to the fellowship because the program brings in a series of great speakers who provide insights from various areas of study and perspectives. I find that these qualities are lacking in many parts of the country as regions become echo chambers, promoting the same ideas to a group that is receptive to them. I hope that this program helps to break this system and lets people hear ideas from speakers all over the political and social spectrum.听
