We are committed to communication praxis. As the hosts of this year’s , we will feature two free roundtables for a “preconference” on education: the first will highlight policy and debates about K-12 education and justice; the second will focus on trends, both promising and disconcerting, of rhetorical studies and trends in higher education. Both preconference roundtables are free and open to the public. on the Ƶ campus to foster timely discussions from leading scholars.

Education and Justice Preconference Symposium

  • Hosted by Prof. Ted Striphas and Gerard A. Hauser with a focus on policies, controversies, and trends in education, from K-12 public school policy to school-to-prison pipelines to the fate of higher education.

Rhetorical Studies & Trends in Higher Education Roundtable
