Research Interests:听I am interested in how acute and chronic exercise impacts health. I have a particular interest in interval training, and how the beneficial physiological adaptations to interval training compare with those to continuous training protocols.

Responsibilities:听I build and maintain the REDCap projects utilized in our studies and听coordinate regulatory submissions to groups like the IRB and FDA.
