Chemical Engineering

Rebecca is a chemical engineering PhD student, with an interest in energy and electrical systems. She was president of the University of Delaware's chapter of Engineers Without Borders, where she was part of the communication and design process for projects in Malawi, Bolivia, and the Philippines. Rebecca then studied abroad in Singapore for a semester, and later stayed with a family in Tanzania.

Rebeccais interested in the design and implementation of renewable energy systems in low-resource communities. And, in her free time, she loves being outdoors (hiking, backpacking, rock climbing, and exploring!), and also enjoys signing in choir.
