The GoldShirt Student Assistant position provides support to the Engineering GoldShirt Program, including GoldShirt students, events and projects.Ìý As a Student Assistant who may at times work at the BOLD front desk, we look to you to provide a welcoming and friendly presence to all students and guests that come to the BOLD Center, and to contribute your creativity and perspective to better the BOLD Center and the College of Engineering and Applied Science.ÌýÌý
GoldShirt Student Assistants are utilized for program assistance during the academic year and will report to a member of the GoldShirt Staff. Student Assistants will support the GoldShirt Program Manager and GoldShirt Senior Coordinator with daily work as part of the student and staff team.

The BOLD Peer Mentors position is critical to supporting the BOLD community programs, scholarship initiatives, and mentoring first year students. It's also a great opportunity to gain leadership experience through participation in community programming and campus involvement.

BOLD SSC - Computer Science Tutors [PAID]

The SSC is seeking to expand tutoring for Computer Science courses. We are looking for passionate tutors to work with students in the following classes:
- CSCI 2270-Computer Science 2: Data Structures
- CSCI 2400-Computer Systems
- CSCI 2820-Linear Algebra with Computer Science Applications
- CSCI 3104-Algorithms
- CSCI 3155-Principles of Programming Languages
- CSCI 3308-Software Development Methods and Tools

Idea Forge Smith [PAID]

The Idea Forge is welcoming applications for the fall semester to join our fun team. The available positions are for general Idea Forge student staff members (we call them Smiths). Duties vary on a daily basis but include working on special projects for each of our staff members. Projects can range from doing CAD to helping with research data to teaching workshops. There is also opportunity for promotion!
