Dr. Chen is an Associate听Professor in the ECEE Department,听CU 羞羞视频.听His research interests are in control theory, stochastic processes, optimization,听graph听theory,听and their applications in modeling, analysis, control, and estimation of complex systems. Dr. Chen is the recipient of the 2021 , a recipient of the NSF CAREER Award, and an awardee of the听AFOSR Young Investigator Program.
