The Avature system has been live for over a year. Thank you for your continued feedback regarding the tool, as well as for your ongoing partnership in the attendant workflow. When CU ÐßÐßÊÓƵ HR embarked upon this venture, we committed to assessing feedback and continuous improvement of the system, specifically concerning the faculty/research faculty submissions. Here is a summary of the enhancements that were incorporated and shared at the HR Liaisons Meeting:

  1. We have added new fields within Avature to capture the information required for the search plan. As a reminder, you no longer need to submit a separate search plan checklist to the HR Affirmative Action Officer.
  2. We have augmented the list of document types that may be submitted. You will now see the following additional options:
    • Syllabus/Syllabi
    • Teaching/Course Evaluations
    • Diversity and Inclusion Statement
    • Audio/Video Recording
    • Link to Audio/Video Recording
    • Statement Describing Research Related Goals
    • Statement Describing Teaching Related Goals
    • Writing Sample(s)
  3. Additional help text has been added in strategic locations within the system for clarity and direction on specific fields.
  4. Fields have been added where you can list additional posting locations. We can collect speedtype information and post to these locations on your behalf.
  5. You now have the ability to save a draft of a requisition for future completion and submission.
  6. There is now increased visibility into a requisition throughout its entire lifecycle.
