Responsibilities: Dr. Sepulveda serves as the Assistant Director of Research for the Research on Affective Disorders and Development (RADD) Lab in the department of Psychology and Neuroscience. Dr. Sepulveda supports operations, project management, funding & grant proposals, research-informed education, training, & outreach programs, and research study coordination in the RADD Lab.  

Biography: Dr. Sepulveda completed her Ph.D. in Higher Education and Student Affairs Leadership at University of Northern Colorado, her master's degree in Social Work at Florida State University, and her bachelor’s degree in Family & Child Sciences and Human Development at Florida State University. She also serves as an adjunct instructor for Executing Social Innovations at ÐßÐßÊÓƵ.  

Dr. Sepulveda has served as an academic, success, and life coach for 1000+ diverse college students across the United States and published several articles related to coaching in higher education. She has developed expertise in supporting the college student experience related to goal setting, well-being, motivation, mindset, resilience, transition to college, transition to work, executive functioning, and making the most of college.  

She also is the Producer and Host of the College Life Podcast, was the Founder of the Coaching in Higher Education Consortium, has experience in research related to innovation & entrepreneurship university ecosystems, and has worked in startup operations.
