Alumnus Tim Pestotnik awards two PLC students with high demonstrated financial need. There is no application for this scholarship, however, a needs analysis is done through the Office of Financial Aid to verify high and/or moderate financial need.آ Two students are awarded $2500 each for one year.
Tim Pestotnik is a trial lawyer honored with an “AV†rating by his peers through Martindale Hubbell, a national, independent, lawyer rating service. For many years, including 2016, Tim has been selected as one of the Top 50 Attorneys in San Diego, also by his peers. Tim was with a large firm for 20 years, and was the head of its Business Litigation Group before starting Pestotnik LLP. Tim is from Colorado and is an avid Colorado Buff’s fan.
