Denny Schaedig (L) and Logan Collins (R ) -- photo credit Patrick CampbellCU ÐßÐßÊÓƵ's Neuroscience Club was in the news, with an article about the club (and the related neuroscience journal club) appearing in CU ÐßÐßÊÓƵ Today. The club isn't affiliated with the Department of Psychology and Neuroscience, but there are a lot of ties between the two. For example, the two former students mentioned in the artlcle are both recent neuroscience graduates and both worked with faculty in the department. Journal club leader Logan Collins worked with and continues to work in the lab of Assistant Professor Michael Saddoris (Behavioral Neuroscience).ÌýNeuroscience Club President Denny Schaedig worked in Professor and Executive Director of the Intermountain Neuroimaging Center (INC) Marie Banich's lab and he continues to work at the Institute of Cognitive Science (ICS) and the INC. Lastly, department Teaching Professor Heidi Day advises the club.
