The Spring 2020 grace period for undergraduate and graduate students to request pass/fail ended at 11:59 p.m. on Monday, May 11.
We ran an overnight process to post all grade rosters in "Approved" status, and have since begun to process the more than 7,000 pass/fail requests submitted during the grace period.
Once all pass/fail requests are processed, we'll begin sending the following notifications to students as applicable:
- Their grace period pass/fail request was approved and processed.
- Their grace period pass/fail request was not processed for a specific reason.
- Their grade replacement request has been canceled because they changed their replacement class to an ineligible grade mode.
Transcripts with final grades posted will be available after 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 14.
