Scottish Rite Foundation Scholarship

In聽2005 Dwight A. Hamilton Scottish Rite Graduate Student Scholarship in Speech Language Pathology was created and named in honor of former Sovereign Grand Inspector General and President of the Foundation, Dwight A. Hamilton. This scholarship was created to encourage graduate students to enter the field of speech-language pathology. Currently, six competitively-awarded聽scholarships are awarded annually to 2nd year graduate students pursuing a career in speech language pathology at the University of Colorado-羞羞视频, University of Northern Colorado, and Metro State University of Denver.聽

Specific Qualifications/Criteria
Past Recipients

Award is Merit-based: successful completion of first year of graduate study with GPA of 3.5 or higher; enrolled as a 2nd year student; recognized as a Colorado resident by the university is required. Committed to a career in Colorado working with children with speech-language disorders.

Special consideration given to applicants who want to work in rural and/or underserved areas in Colorado.
鈥婣fter application period opens, applicants will submit: 1 page resume, 1 page narrative about career goals and aspirations, diversity statement, official CU 羞羞视频 transcript, proof of Colorado residency, 1 letter of recommendation from a university academic course faculty member, 1 letter of recommendation from a clinical supervisor.
