Yohainna Abdala-Mesa is a PhD of Latin American Studies from the University of Toulouse II- Le Mirail in France. She published the book The Evolution of Creation. Marvel Moreno writing, memory, time with the support of the Ministry of Culture in Colombia and edited a special issue of the Journal of Colombian Studies (No. 39) entitled Uprooting: exiles, displacement, migration and nomadism.
