BACK to BACK WWCHL CHAMPIONS!

The University of Colorado Women’s Hockey was founded in 2000 during the inaugural season of the women’s division of the American Collegiate Hockey Association. The team competes as a Division 1 program in the American College Hockey Association (ACHA). Within the ACHA, the program is also a member of the Western Women’s Collegiate Hockey League, along with Colorado State University, Denver University, Arizona State University, Utah State University,Ìýand Grand Canyon University.

Throughout the season, our team travels around the country to compete against other collegiate teams. The team is sustained by donations,Ìýstudent fees, sponsorship, and fundraising projects led by our players. Player dues are approximately $800 per semester and cover all travel, airfare, hotels, ice fees, referee fees, USA Hockey registration, and league dues.
