At the March 2018 meeting, ÐßÐßÊÓƵ Campus Staff Council (BCSC) endorsed the Paid Parental Leave White Paper submitted by University of Colorado Staff Council (UCSC). ÐßÐßÊÓƵ Staff Council has closely monitored and advocated for this issue for some time.Ìý

UCSC, comprised of representatives from the staff councils on each of the four CU campuses, formed a working group to address the needs expressed by CU staff regarding paid parental leave. They have drafted a white paper in support of paid parental leave and are seeking feedback from chief human resource officers on each campus.ÌýÐßÐßÊÓƵ Campus Staff Council is dedicated to working with our system colleagues and human resource officers to further this initiative.
