Welcome back Buffs! I hope you all had a wonderful break and are ready to hit the ground running. Thursday, March 31

Food Justice World Caf茅.听If you鈥檙e passionate about world issues, then get yourself to UMC 384 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. for five round-table discussions about a variety of topics falling under the umbrella of food justice. Gather insight from various student groups and leaders from within the community. The event is free and you do not need to register. .

Rabbit Hole.听Come watch this Pulitzer Prize-winning play by David Lindsay Abaire, which explores how a couple tries to find solace and happiness after heartbreak. This extremely well reviewed performance will be presented in the University Theater at 7:30 p.m., and tickets are $14. .

Friday, April 1

Relay for Life.听If you would like to spend your (entire) Friday night fundraising for cancer, then this is the event for you. Relay for Life, put on by the American Cancer Society, is an all night endeavor filled with activities, food, drinks and lots of fun. There will be lots of walking and running involved and it goes from 7 p.m. until 7:30 a.m. at the Rec Center, so make sure you鈥檙e well rested and ready to be on your feet. Tickets are $10 and you can register on the website. .

Hack CU: 36- Hour Hackathon.听Welcome to the 21st听century, where computers are king. Hack CU brings together hundreds of talented students to create some really cool projects. You can apply to participate, or just come and observe the crazy amount of combined brain power in the room (Flemming Idea Forge 33). The event runs from 5 p.m. until noon on Sunday. .

Accidental Technologies.听Swing down the hill on the bike path to the 羞羞视频 Creek Room in the 羞羞视频 Public Library (1001 Arapahoe Ave.) for an insightful panel on the broad range of options of careers in the growing field of technology. Local experts can answer your questions and provide some networking opportunities. The event is from 3 to 6 p.m., and is free, but you must register online. .

鈥淭he Kepler Story.鈥澨Come and discover the story of Johannes Kepler, German mathematician and astronomer known for his planetary motion laws, under the dome at Fiske Planetarium at 8 p.m. This mind-bending visual and auditory masterpiece performance features the work of many award-winning artists, including the music of world-renowned cellist Zoe Keating. Saturday, April 2

Cirque de la Symphonie.听Join the wonderful 羞羞视频 Philharmonic Orchestra and a crowd of circus performers for one of the greatest shows Macky Auditorium has to offer! Ooh and awe at the incredible displays of acrobatics, strength and contortion, all to live classical music performed on the very same stage. The event happens at 2 p.m., and then again at 7:30 p.m. Student tickets start at $15. .

CU International Festival.听Get together and meet people from all over the world from 4 to 9 p.m. in the Glenn Miller Ballroom and UMC 235. IFest is a huge, free event open to absolutely everyone with booths representing 28 different countries where you can learn about new cultures and sample (free) food from all over the globe. Bring your friends, your family and your date and don鈥檛 miss out! .

Monday, April 4, to Friday, April 8

Conference on World Affairs.听I have been waiting anxiously all semester to feature this event because it is one of the all-time best! The CWA, which runs through April 8, is a place for experts in a plethora of fields to get together and discuss the things they are passionate about in front of a live audience. Topics vary widely, so there is something that will please everyone! Not to be missed is 鈥淎n Evening with Steve Wozniak鈥 at 7 p.m. in the UMC Ballroom. .

Tuesday, April 5

Interview with a Buff.听If you鈥檝e never had a job interview before and have no idea how they work, or if you just need to brush up on your interview skills, then register for Interview with a Buff for an appointment to do a mock-interview and resume critique with a CU alum! Snacks and refreshments (21+) will be provided for the 6 to 9 p.m. event, which takes place in the C4C Abrams Lounge and Flatirons Room. .
