CU 羞羞视频 students now have the ability to set their preferred name in their official university record!
The , along with several other units, have听been working with the and to roll out the ability for students to select a preferred name in MyCUinfo.
In doing so, students will be addressed by that name in university emails, class rosters and most electronic CU systems.
"As we strive to be an inclusive community, CU 羞羞视频 recognizes that students may wish to be identified by a name other than their primary or legal name," said Kristi Wold-McCormick, university registrar.
The University of Colorado classifies a student鈥檚 legal name as their听primary name, and while some campus systems are required to use a student's primary/legal name, preferred names will be displayed wherever technically and legally feasible.
The use of preferred names across campus offices and systems will continue to evolve.
Students are encouraged to set any of the following as their preferred name: nickname, middle name, professional name, anglicized name or name more closely associated with their gender identity.
