This year, more than 100 new employees have come together to explore topics such as ethics and compliance, working in higher education, and financial wellness in the .

The comprehensive, year-long onboarding program sponsored by the Department of Human Resources gives CU Ƶ employees in their first 12 to 18 months of employment the opportunity to learn more about campus values, mission, operations and initiatives.
