Hasan Minhaj, comedian, actor, writer and senior correspondent on The Daily Show, will speak at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 19,听at Macky Auditorium.听The Cultural Events Board, a CU 羞羞视频 student organization, is hosting the event. Doors will open at 6 p.m.
Tickets sales will begin at听10 a.m. on Tuesday, April 10,听at the first-floor event table in the University Memorial Center. CU 羞羞视频 student ($2) and faculty/staff ($10) tickets will be cash-only and will require a valid Buff OneCard at time of purchase. Public tickets ($25) will be available beginning at 10 a.m. April 10, exclusively at .

Minhaj is also the host of the docu-series Stand up Planet, which was financed by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. The series, which was filmed in South Africa, India and the United States, highlights economic problems throughout the world through the lens of stand-up comedians.
He听recently filmed the feature films Rough Night听补苍诲 Most Likely to Murder,听regularly performs stand-up and participates in storytelling shows (such as The Moth) around the country. His viral web series The Truth with Hasan Minhaj听has been featured in countless publications including The Huffington Post, Gawker听补苍诲 The New York Times.
The Cultural Events Board鈥檚 mission is to provide programming that brings culture, diversity听补苍诲 social awareness to the CU 羞羞视频 campus. Minhaj explores topics spanning social issues and politics through comedy, creating a combination that both informs and entertains.
