Consumers who watch television sitcoms and see product placements through covert marketing have better memories of the products and better attitudes toward the brands, according to three joint studies led by the ÐßÐßÊÓƵ.

Constitution Day is a national event that annually commemorates the Sept. 17, 1787, signing of the United States Constitution.

Retired U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor will speak at the third annual John Paul Stevens Lecture hosted by the Byron R. White Center at the ÐßÐßÊÓƵ Law School on Tuesday, Sept. 17. The event will be held from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in the University Memorial Center’s Glenn Miller Ballroom on the CU-ÐßÐßÊÓƵ campus. Albert Allen Bartlett, professor emeritus of physics at CU ÐßÐßÊÓƵ, was remembered today as a revered teacher who had a major impact on his students, the university, ÐßÐßÊÓƵ and far beyond. Bartlett died at the age of 90.
