The Center for African & African American Studies' Kwanzaa celebration will be an opportunity to recognize the talents and contributions of the Black Buff community. It will also offer the larger community an opportunity to reflect on their contributions to Black communities over the past year and commit to action in the next year.

Community members have an opportunity to contribute to the Sarah Crump Graduate Fellowship, honoring a brilliant colleague and supporting one graduate student each year in their study of earth or environmental science in Arctic or alpine regions.

As gun violence across the nation seemingly surpasses records year after year, CU researchers continuously study and offer insights on the prevention of gun violence, public health impacts, media coverage of mass shootings, warning signs of those who are struggling, resources and more. CU ÐßÐßÊÓƵ Provost Russell Moore provided an update on the search for the dean of the Leeds School of Business. This past spring and summer, Yonca Ertimur became the acting dean of the school and the university launched a national search.
