Are you receiving our email communication about upcoming events in Handshake as an employer?

To ensure that you do, please check the following:

  • Check your spam and junk folders to ensure that emails are not being filtered out.
  • Check with your IT department and ask them to whitelist Handshake or check for quarantined emails.
  • Add handshake@m.joinhandshake.com to your email contacts or address book.ÌýÌýÌý

Once you have completed your registration you will be given the opportunity to pay. We prefer payment by credit card at the time of registration. You may pay by MasterCard, Visa or American Express. You may also pay by check. Please be sure to send a copy of your invoice with your payment. Any companies who have not paid once a wait list for registration has started will be notified to pay registration or risk losing their spot.

Career Services will review and approve your registration once it has been submitted. If you have paid you will receive a receipt. If you have not paid you will receive an invoice. A confirmation and logistics letter with all of the fair information will follow your complete registration.

Parking on campus is extremely limited. This is the only lot where we have been granted parking passes. Be prepared, as leaving at the end of the day can be a lengthy process. We will continue to work with Parking and Transportation Services to make this as easy and quick as possible.ÌýIf you needÌýmotorcycle or ADA accessible parking, please notify us at least two weeks prior to the event.

We always order a small number of gluten-free lunches. It is helpful for us to know if you need this option so that we can ensure that we have enough for the day. If you do not see that selection available, please ask one of the servers and they will bring it to you. Generally, they have them out and ready to go. If you need something other than gluten-free, please contact us two weeks prior to the event. Our lunches always include a vegetarian option.

Fall Career Fair: This year we’ve created location-based pricing, for-profit organizations from $450–550 and non-profit organizations from $225–300.ÌýEach organization can pick theirÌýlocation in either the premium, mid-level or basic-level locations. There are also sponsorship opportunities at each fair at the Platinum, Gold or Silver levels.Ìý

Spring Industry Nights: Meet students and alumni in a more informal, targeted, relaxed networking-style event. There are no big booths, tables or large displays. Instead, expect to meet casually with students and alumni specifically interested in your industry.Ìý

Please check the website or confirmation letter for the dates that shipping is allowed for each event.

All career fair materials must be shipped to our Central Distribution Center to the following address:

Career and Internship Fair
CU ÐßÐßÊÓƵ c/o Molly Bandimere
3300 Walnut St.
ÐßÐßÊÓƵ, CO 80301

Please label each package on the outside with your organization name so that we can deliver the boxes to your table. You must package and call in your shipments for return after the fair. This enables your carrier to know what size vehicle to bring. CU is not responsible for your shipments or for pick up.
