The Colorado Undergraduate Space Research Symposium is an opportunity for COSGC students to present their current research and projects. This event provides an opportunity for students to be published in official conference proceedings as well as to compete for cash prizes - in paper, poster, and video sessions.

March 31, 2024 听 Abstracts Due听听(Required for ALL submissions) - EXTENDED!!
April 16, 2024听 听听听 Papers & Posters Due听听
April 17, 2024 听听听听 Papers Selected and Presenters Notified
April 21, 2024听 听 听 Registration due for anyone attending Symposium (presenters and guests)
April 24, 2024 听听听听 Link to Videos due by midnight
April 26, 2024 听 听听 Presentation slides due by 12pm (Noon)
April 27, 2024 听 听听 Symposium Day!
Registration is required for all presenters. Each presenter should register individually.听Guests (friends/family) are welcome. Guests must register too. REGISTRATION CLOSED
听Prize Categories and Amounts*:
- 听Grand Prize (overall highest scoring paper+presentation score): $1,500
- 听Paper Session Prizes (highest scoring paper+presentation score in each session): $500/each
- 听Poster Session Top Score (highest scoring poster overall): $1,000
- 听Top Posters (highest scoring poster each category): $500/each
- 听Creative Video People's Choice Awards: $500/each
* Cash prizes are awarded per team.听 Teams of multiple students share single prize amount.
