Rosie Cowell, PhD

Associate Professor, Institute of Cognitive Science

Rosie received her PhD from the University of Oxford, UK. She was a faculty member at the University ofÌýMassachusetts AmherstÌýbefore joining CU ÐßÐßÊÓƵ in 2023. SheÌýis trained in cognitive psychology andÌýcognitive neuroscience, and uses techniques including behavioral experiments, brain imaging (fMRI) and computational modeling.

Jenn Gove

Jenn Gove

PhD Student, Department of Psychology & Neuroscience

Jenn received her BS in psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She joined CU ÐßÐßÊÓƵ as a PhD student in Cognitive Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience in 2023. She is interested in visual perception and memory, particularly in regions of the medial temporal lobe, and plans to explore this with behavioral experiments and brain imaging techniques.

Kate Walsh

Kate Walsh

PhD Student, Department of Psychology & Neuroscience

Kate is a PhD student interested in utilizing neuroimaging techniques and computational models to investigate the mechanisms of memory and visual perception. Prior to joining the lab in 2023, Kate received her BA in Neuroscience and Digital and Computational Studies from Bowdoin College. Her current project involves using behavioral tests and neuroimaging to better understand the processes of visual pattern completion.Ìý

Carlin Pendell

Carlin Pendell

PhD Student, Department of Psychology & Neuroscience

Carlin joined the Psychology and Neuroscience department at CU ÐßÐßÊÓƵ in 2024 with plans to research the effects of brain injury, aging, and disease on hippocampal-dependent memory mechanisms. Before joining the lab, Carlin earned a B.S. in Neuroscience from the University of Michigan and worked as a research assistant in the Michigan Concussion Center.

Professor,ÌýPsychology and Neuroscience

Dave received his PhD from the University of Indiana. He was a faculty member at U. Maryland, UCSD, and U. Massachusetts, before joining CU ÐßÐßÊÓƵ in 2023. He is trained in mathematical modeling, cognitive experiments and brain imaging techniques to investigate perception, memory, and attention.

Sriti

Sriti

PhD Student, Psychology and Neuroscience

Sriti completed her Masters in Cognitive Studies at the University of Sheffield in 2022 and joined CU boulder as a graduate student in 2023. She is interested in researching modelling techniques to understand memory and attention.
