Spruce Cafe is a retail-only offering from Spruce Confections located inside the main lounge of the Aerospace Engineering Science Building. ÌýIn 1992 Spruce began supplying from-scratch pastries to local coffee shops. ÌýToday, we have a few retail locations in ÐßÐßÊÓƵ where people can get our pastries baked fresh along with house-made chai, Kaladi Coffee espresso drinks, generous breakfast burritos, sandwiches, and much more.
