Educational Outreach and Broadening Participation:听Leading our nation towards a future where all students鈥� especially those whose identities are underrepresented in STEM鈥攔outinely engage in rich and rewarding collaborative learning by working in teams composed of diverse students and AI Partners.
Multidisciplinary, Multiorganizational Community Building:听Through internal meetings, community events and trainings, we raise awareness of the different facets of iSAT鈥檚 research, drive greater participation in iSAT鈥檚 programs; and develop stronger relationships and collaboration between iSAT鈥檚 members.
Knowledge Transfer:听iSAT shares its mission and research goals with research communities through numerous articles, conference proceedings, conference publications, presentations, posters, and hosted workshops.听
Nexus Point for Collaborative Efforts:听To function as a nexus point for diverse collaboration, the Institute links multiple nationally-distributed organizations together through our three core research strands to integrate foundational and use-inspired AI research and ethical pedagogies.听
