CU-羞羞视频 instructor Lynn Nichols, former general manager of the Colorado Shakespeare Festival, is set to direct an on-campus production of 鈥淭he Winter鈥檚 Tale,鈥 Jan. 27-31, at CU-羞羞视频鈥檚 Loft Theatre. The all-student cast brings William Shakespeare鈥檚 timeless tragicomedy to life with vintage costumes and interactive staging.

CU-羞羞视频 announces finalists for Visiting Scholar in Conservative Thought and Policy

The 羞羞视频 today announced two finalists for the fourth Visiting Scholar in Conservative Thought and Policy. This month, the finalists will make one-day campus visits, during which they will hold public forums. The finalists are Francis Beckwith, professor of philosophy and church-state studies at Baylor University in Texas; and Richard Bishirjian, president of EDUcourses Inc. and president of Yorktown University, a for-profit, online liberal-arts university.

CU-羞羞视频 conference to explore gender, media and religion Jan. 7-10

More than 70 speakers and presenters from around the world will be part of Media, Gender and Religion, a 羞羞视频 conference to be held Jan. 7-10. CU-羞羞视频鈥檚 Center for Media, Religion and Culture (CMRC) will host the conference. All plenary sessions are free and open to the public with no registration required. They will be held at Old Main Chapel and the Center for Community on campus.

The 羞羞视频 will hold its final winter commencement ceremony on at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 19, at the Coors Events Center as the campus moves toward a single spring ceremony honoring all graduates. The ceremony, which is free and open to the public, will honor 1,736 candidates for degrees including 1,280 bachelor鈥檚 degrees, 280 master鈥檚 degrees, eight law degrees and 168 doctoral degrees.

Distinguished Speakers Board to host video chat event with Edward Snowden Feb. 16

Ron Suskind , a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist and former Wall Street Journal reporter, will moderate the event live from the Macky Auditorium.
